Role Overview

We are looking for a fast, creative and AI-first Graphic Designer who can own campaigns end to end, from ideation and production to publishing, performance tracking and optimisation.

The role combines graphic design, video, AI, social media and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Own creative campaigns end to end: ideation creation publishing performance analysis optimisation
• Create AI-led talking-head videos, reels, UGC-style videos, ads and social creatives
• Design posts, carousels, static creatives and other digital assets
• Research social media trends, formats and viral content and quickly translate them into relevant posts and reels
• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing reels, posts or social campaigns
• Develop creative concepts based on audience insights, campaign objectives and performance data
• Produce high-volume creatives for paid marketing and organic social media
• Test different hooks, formats, messaging and visual styles to improve performance
• Manage creative tools, subscriptions and related invoicing
• Hands-on experience with AI-based design and video creation
• Ability to take an idea from concept to finished creative independently and quickly
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and high creative volumes
• Understanding of performance marketing and creative testing
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and wireframing
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Portfolio must include AI-generated or AI-assisted work, with a brief overview of the workflow and tools used
