This prestigious, global house are seeking an exceptional Flagship Store Manager to lead their flagship boutique, driving commercial excellence while delivering an unparalleled client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive sales performance, profitability and KPIs while maintaining the highest luxury retail standards.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique reflects the house’s heritage, values and luxury positioning.
- Oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management and compliance.
- Develop strategic initiatives to grow the client portfolio, strengthen clienteling and maximise business opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams to execute commercial and brand strategies.
