Our faith shapes not only why we provide care, but how we provide care.
We intentionally care for the whole person by addressing each patient’s physical, behavioral, social, and spiritual needs through a distinctly Christian model of care in collaboration with behavioral health clinicians, care managers, care coordinators, pharmacists, churches, and other community partners.
We believe providers should never have to choose between practicing excellent medicine and fulfilling our mission. If you are looking for a place where clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and Christian vocation come together in the daily practice of Family Medicine, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
Provides whole-person care that intentionally integrates physical, behavioral, social, and spiritual care, including prayer when welcomed by the patient, consistent with NeighborHealth’s mission and practice policies.
Delivers outstanding evidence-based, relationship-centered primary care services to both children and adults, with approximately 50% of patients being pediatrics, including newborns.
Consults and collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to develop effective treatment plans. Provides direction to other personnel and reviews medical records to verify that each patient’s care plan and medical needs are being met.

Provides patient care to 7-10 patients per 4-hour shift per day as per productivity expectations for all advanced practice providers.
Provides follow-up care for patients.
