Real Estate Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Pay: Starting at USD $5.00/hour
Schedule: Part Time or Full Time
Location: Remote

We are looking for a creative and organized Real Estate Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a real estate client with marketing activities, social media management, content creation, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting real estate professionals and understands how to use digital marketing to build brand awareness, engage potential clients, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish social media content for real estate marketing
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Create engaging captions, graphics, and promotional materials for property listings
• Assist with property marketing, listing promotions, and open house announcements
• Research local markets, potential clients, and marketing opportunities
• Support lead generation through social media, online research, and outreach
• Update and maintain contact lists and CRM records
• Monitor social media engagement and track basic marketing performance
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and follow up with leads as needed
• Organize marketing materials, photos, videos, and property information

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Real estate marketing or real estate VA experience is strongly preferred
• Experience creating content and managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Knowledge of content strategy, content calendars, and social media scheduling
• Strong written English and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with real estate CRMs such as Follow Up Boss or Lofty
• Familiarity with ClickUp
• Experience with email marketing and lead generation
• Basic video editing skills for short form social media content
• Familiarity with real estate listing platforms and property marketing
