I’m working on an exciting opportunity with a leading global financial services firm, seeking an Enterprise Risk Integration Manager to lead risk integration across acquisitions, strategic transformation initiatives and new business activities.

This is a highly unique role, looking at what is essentially M&A activity in a rapidly growing firm. If you have strong experience in market / credit risk and experience in integrating risk management frameworks this role will be perfect.

Due to growth, and the pace of work required, the client needs someone who has direct experience and can be trusted with work from day one, dealing with front office teams and heads of department across governance.

As roles go, this one is truly one of a kind.

Responsibilities:

• Lead risk integration across acquisitions and strategic change programmes.
• Design and implement Risk target operating models, frameworks and controls.
• Coordinate delivery across financial and non-financial risk teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Oversee implementation assurance, controls testing and operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Strong financial risk experience within financial services.
• Proven experience delivering risk integration projects and transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise risk, governance and control frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, trading activities and associated risks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and programme delivery skills.

Important: Candidates must have strong financial risk experience and demonstrable experience working on risk integration projects to be considered. Applications without both are unlikely to progress.

We have two headcount in this team due to growth, and salaries will range from £75,000 - £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
