About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Java React Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in leading the design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess over 11 years of comprehensive software development experience, demonstrating technical leadership, system architecture expertise, and a hands-on approach to coding. Working remotely within the USA, specifically in CST or EST time zones, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive professional experience of 11+ years in software development is required, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Proven experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, along with familiarity with NoSQL databases, is preferred. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes, will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities The Lead Java React Developer will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of enterprise application development. Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The role involves creating modern, responsive front-end applications with React.js, integrating RESTful APIs, and ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. The candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.

Additional responsibilities include participating in architecture and system design discussions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing performance, security, and scalability improvements. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, QA, DevOps, and architects to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. The candidate will also be involved in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, helping plan sprints, estimate tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
