Graphic Designer & Content Creator – New Zealand Brands

**Remote Full-Time / Long-Term Opportunity**

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer & Content Creator to support the marketing of our New Zealand-based businesses.

You will work closely with our Performance Marketing & Digital Operations Manager to turn marketing ideas, campaigns and offers into professional, engaging content across social media, digital advertising, websites and other marketing channels.

This is an overseas remote position , but we are specifically looking for someone who understands New Zealand culture, audiences and communication style and can create content that feels natural and relevant to the NZ market.

What you’ll be doing

• Design professional social media posts, ads, flyers, brochures and promotional materials
• Create Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising creatives
• Develop short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Write engaging ad copy, captions, headlines and calls-to-action
• Create and edit Reels, short videos and promotional content
• Turn marketing concepts into multiple creative variations for advertising campaigns
• Produce content consistent with each company’s brand guidelines and visual identity
• Resize and adapt creatives across different digital platforms
• Assist with website graphics, banners, email marketing visuals and other digital assets
• Work with our marketing manager to continuously improve creatives based on campaign performance
• Support multiple NZ businesses and manage creative requirements efficiently

What we’re looking for

You should have strong skills in Graphic Design + Content Creation + Advertising Creatives .

Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and video-editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar would be highly desirable.

You should also have a good understanding of:

Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising • Social media content • Short-form video • Branding • Marketing copy • AI-assisted creative tools • NZ audiences and culture

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can understand a business objective and turn it into clean, professional and conversion-focused creative content — not simply someone who can follow a design brief.

NZ market understanding is important 🇳🇿

Although this is an overseas remote role, your work will primarily target New Zealand customers .

You should therefore be comfortable with NZ English, local communication styles, professional standards and the type of visual content that appeals to New Zealand audiences .

Previous experience creating content for New Zealand or Australian businesses would be a strong advantage.
