Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer with 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution implementation, and customer-facing technical engagements. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to understand business challenges, design customized solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and drive successful deployment of products in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy customized applications, integrations, and workflows in client environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services to support customer use cases.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, security, and scalability across deployed solutions.
• Drive customer adoption through technical workshops, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
• Document solution designs, deployment processes, and best practices.
• Act as the technical bridge between customer stakeholders and internal engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data pipelines, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working directly with customers in implementation or consulting engagements.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or data analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP/CRM ecosystems.
• Experience in solution architecture and large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cloud-native application development.
