Remote Role

Contract Role (Open for C2C OR W2)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with offshore development teams throughout the automation lifecycle.

• Support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.

• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution.

• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

• Provide status updates and act as the primary point of contact for automation initiatives.

• Drive bot performance improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development, implementation, and production support.

• Automation Anywhere 360 certified.

• Experience developing automations for:

o Web, desktop, and Citrix-based applications

o Excel, CSV, PDF, email, and file-based processing

o REST/SOAP API integrations

• Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, including:

o Bot deployment and scheduling

o Credential Vault management

o Runner and workload management

o Monitoring and troubleshooting

• Experience with version control, release management, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise support models.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
