Workday Financials Technical Architect & Integration Developer - $185,000 - Fully Remote

I’m seeking a Workday Financials Technical Architect & Integration Developer to join a global organization currently implementing Workday Financials, with go-live planned for early 2027 and a second phase to follow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Workday team as their Workday Integrations SME, combining hands-on integration development with broader architectural responsibility across Workday Financials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building, developing and supporting Workday Financials integrations, including Core Connectors and Studio
• Reviewing integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
• Assessing business processes and system architecture to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Recommending and implementing system enhancements and process optimizations
• Providing technical and functional guidance across Workday Financials, helping shape solutions and drive continuous improvement

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of Workday Financials integrations experience, including hands-on development using Workday Studio and Core Connectors
• A good understanding of Workday Financials business processes and configuration
• The ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective technical solutions
