Duties

• Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
• Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to enhance overall team effectiveness
• Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers to foster positive relationships and resolve issues promptly
