THE ROLE

Rythm Health is looking for a Senior Ad Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our paid growth engine. You’ll create static ad creative and landing pages that convert, working closely with growth and marketing to turn campaign briefs into assets that perform. This is a hands on, high output role for someone who wants to see their work tested against real numbers every week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design static ad creative for paid social and display campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
• Build and iterate on website landing pages that support paid campaigns.
• Translate performance data and campaign learnings into new creative directions.
• Work from creative briefs, copy, and brand guidelines to produce polished, on brand assets quickly.
• Partner with growth marketing to understand what’s working and rapidly test new concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and templates so the team can move fast without sacrificing quality.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience designing for health, wellness, or DTC subscription brands.
• Familiarity with basic motion or video editing for ad creative.
• Experience working directly with a growth or performance marketing team.
• Exceptional Figma skills, including auto layout and building scalable design systems.
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum).
• A portfolio showing static ad creative and/or landing page design, ideally in a performance marketing context.
• Comfort reading and understanding basic copy and campaign briefs (you don’t need to write copy yourself, but you should be able to work from it and have an eye for what reads well).
• Ability to take feedback from performance data, not just aesthetic opinion, and turn it into the next iteration.
• Self starter energy: you can take a rough brief and run.
