Scope & Key Missions

Reporting into the UK General Manager and managing a Commercial Assistant, the Commercial Manager leads the execution of our Sales Strategy for Maison Crivelli UK. You will own sell-in performance across our retail partners, from forecasting through to sales. You will work with retailer buying and merchandising teams, finance, marketing and supply chain to keep stock healthy and growth on track. This is a hybrid role based in London within our Head Office UK.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

• Full accountability for Sell-In performance across all retail partners (from forecasting to actualisation)
• Oversees receipt, confirmation, and alignment of retailer POs with sales plans
• Monitors stock levels in retailers to ensure healthy coverage without overstocking
• Leads the forecasting process; collaborates with finance, marketing, and supply chain to ensure accuracy
• Prepares data inputs and past sales reports to support forecasting models
• Drives MoB with retailers; influences weight of buys and ensures alignment with sales targets
• Strategises volume allocations and Sell-In targets for new launches and promotions
• Tracks uplift orders, supports promotional calendar, updates systems
• Leads communication with key retail partner merchandising teams
• Supports strategic buyer communication by drafting presentations, sharing product info, and following up
• Analyses consolidated Sell-Out data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive Sell-In
• Compiles data from retailers; formats reports and dashboards for review
• Aligns with marketing, supply, and finance on forecasts, allocations, and commercial priorities

Reporting

• Accountable for sales KPIs, Sell-In/Sell-Out ratios, and overall sales performance
• Prepares KPI trackers and updates reports based on actual sales performance

Cross-functional leadership

• Lead cross-function input to the stock and sales position, providing clarity on forecast changes and any retailer financial specifics.
• Work closely with finance to ensure accurate monthly reporting on sales, returns and exceptionals.
