AI Video Creator & Creative Strategist

Health Stix is a growing wellness brand selling single-serve hydration sticks with clean ingredients - electrolytes, adaptogens, and greens, with no artificial ingredients and no added sugar. We sell direct-to-consumer and are building a social-first content engine across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We’re hiring a part-time AI Video Creator & Creative Strategist to own our short-form video creative - from idea to finished video. What you’ll do: - Create polished, scroll-stopping AI-generated short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, or similar - Develop concepts, hooks, and simple scripts with a strong understanding of US social media culture and trends - Keep every video on-brand: elevated, clean, aspirational - a premium wellness look and feel - Track what’s working and bring new format ideas each week based on US trends and our performance data - Deliver finished, ready-to-post videos on a weekly schedule What we’re looking for: - A portfolio of AI-generated video work (brand or product work strongly preferred) - Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and what makes short-form content shareable - Deep familiarity with US TikTok and Instagram culture and trends - Taste: you know the difference between content that looks premium and content that looks cheap - Reliable communication and consistent weekly delivery Details: - Part-time contract, fully remote - 10-20 hours per week - $400-$800 per month depending on experience and output - To apply, include a link to your portfolio and 2-3 AI videos you are most proud of
