Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Liberty Screening Services, LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with our Operations team to monitor work queues and process background screening requests as directed. You will also serve as a liaison for customers, be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction via telephone and email. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role also requires strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: Experience in the background screening industry. Experience using Accio Data Software is a bonus. Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills. Experience in providing excellent customer support. A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to create positive customer experiences. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Pay: $18.34 - $22.08 per hour
