Technical Product Manager

We’re Hiring: Technical Product Manager 🚀

We are a fast-growing Life Sciences technology company looking for a  Technical Product Manager (TPM)  to help define, build, and scale our next generation of products.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who can bridge the gap between  customers, product strategy, engineering, and compliance . You’ll work directly with our VP of Engineering, company leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into elegant, scalable technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

Own the Product

• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with company strategy
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Drive products from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical considerations

Partner with Engineering

• Work closely with the  VP of Engineering  on architecture, APIs, integrations, scalability, and technical feasibility
• Define workflows, acceptance criteria, system behavior, and technical requirements
• Participate in requirements planning, release planning, user acceptance, and backlog management
• Coordinate dependencies across products, systems, and teams

Stay Close to Customers & the Market

• Work directly with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities
• Use customer feedback and product data to drive product improvements
• Monitor competitors and emerging technologies
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives

Bridge Product & Compliance

• Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in which we operate
• Partner with Quality & Compliance to translate requirements into product solutions
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and Quality & Compliance on product-related compliance issues

Drive Execution

• Track product KPIs, adoption, quality, and business impact
• Manage releases, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Create clear product specifications, workflows, and release documentation
• Continuously improve how we build and deliver products

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7+ years of product management or technical product management experience
• Strong understanding of software development and Agile methodologies
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in a SaaS or technology environment
• Technical fluency in  APIs, cloud platforms, databases, integrations, and modern software architecture
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, customers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, or similar

We’d Love to See

• Experience in a  startup or high-growth technology company
• Background in software engineering, QA, data, or technical consulting
• Experience with  AI/ML, data platforms, or cloud infrastructure
• Experience in  Life Sciences, healthcare, or another regulated industry
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or higher
