Job Description
We are looking for a well-spoken, patient and responsible Arabic-speaking girl to manage our WhatsApp customer service and online orders.
Position: WhatsApp Customer Service & Sales
Work: Mainly from home + attending company/events when required
Salary: AED 2,000 + Commission
Requirements:
* Fluent Arabic & English — speaking and writing
* Must be available to respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and consistently
* Patient, polite and well-spoken with customers
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Able to create shipping documents online and manage basic order details
* Comfortable handling customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups
* Responsible, organised and able to work independently from home
* Must attend events/pop-ups + assist at photo shoot when required
* Fashion knowledge or experience is a strong advantage
* Previous experience in fashion, retail, sales or customer service is a plus
What we are looking for:
Someone friendly, reliable and confident who can represent the brand professionally and build a good relationship with customers.
Salary: AED 2,000 + commission
Location: Work from home + events when required
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jumeirah
