Software Test Engineer (Junior+ - Automotive, Embedded, Autosar)

Job Descriptions:

• Join automotive embedded software projects as either a System Test Engineer or Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) Test Engineer, depending on your technical background and experience.
• Review and analyze software/system requirements, specifications, architecture, and technical documents to ensure testability.
• Develop and maintain test specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Prepare test environments, tools, configurations, and test data before execution.
• Perform manual and automated testing for automotive embedded software.
• Develop, execute, and maintain reusable automated test scripts.
• Analyze test results, logs, and software/system defects; support debugging and root cause analysis with development teams.
• Perform regression testing and defect verification after software changes.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing artifacts such as test cases, scripts, logs, and test data.
• Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, test specifications, test implementation, and test results.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in Automotive Software or Embedded Software Testing.
• Good understanding of software testing lifecycle, test design, and test specification methods.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR / Automotive Software Architecture.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with CAN communication.
• Programming or scripting skills in one or more of the following: C, Embedded C, Python, CAPL.
• Experience with CANoe or equivalent automotive testing tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements, test results, logs, and defects and support root cause analysis.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
