Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), platform development, workflow automation, and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow SPM applications to improve project planning, portfolio management, resource allocation, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, Agile Development, and Portfolio Management.
• Develop intake workflows, project templates, resource allocation models, financial tracking solutions, and portfolio dashboards.
• Customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Build workflows and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and business requirements.
• Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, and workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, OKRs, and Roadmap Planning.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, UI Builder, Workspaces, and ServiceNow dashboards.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and ServiceNow AI capabilities.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have an AI-first mindset, experience using Generative AI to improve development productivity, and an understanding of Agentic AI, intelligent workflow automation, and responsible AI adoption.
