About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER - PYTHON & REACT will play a critical role in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications and backend services. This position drives the integration of AI technologies and modern frameworks to enhance application functionality and user experience, contributing directly to the delivery of innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical planning, requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and support.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver digital experiences.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Python and frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
• Incorporate AI-enabled features such as Generative AI, LLMs, and automation into applications.
• Apply AI-first mindset to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Develop reusable components, design patterns, and engineering standards.
• Work with data teams to integrate analytics and machine learning models.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and accessibility.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise applications.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLM), AI agents, workflow automation, and AI orchestrators.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend design patterns.
• Strong backend development skills using Python, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication and consulting skills to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with GCP, GraphQL, FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
