About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Data, Analytics & AI to lead end-to-end Data, Analytics and AI initiatives for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Azure Databricks, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, along with proven experience in project delivery, team leadership and senior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Analytics and AI projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to implementation and delivery.
• Manage 3–4 projects simultaneously across multiple clients.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics and AI solutions.
• Define solution architecture, technical approaches and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 10–15 members across Data Engineering, Analytics and AI.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, analytics and automation to drive business value.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–18 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Data Engineering and Analytics/Reporting.
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks .
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI .
• Required experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI/ML .
• 5+ years of project or delivery management experience using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience managing teams of 10–15 members and delivering multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and business use cases. Hands-on GenAI development experience is not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience identifying and driving opportunities for AI-led transformation and process automation.
