Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead SQL Developer with AI expertise and 10+ years of experience in database development, SQL optimization, data engineering, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, database architecture, Python, AI/ML integration, and Generative AI, with the ability to lead technical teams and build scalable, data-driven applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in SQL development, database design, and enterprise data solutions.
• Advanced expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and query optimization.
• Strong experience with execution plans, indexing, performance tuning, partitioning, and troubleshooting complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and data processing for AI/ML applications.
• Integrate databases with AI/ML models, LLMs, and Generative AI applications.
• Experience with RAG, vector search, embeddings, and AI-powered SQL querying is highly preferred.
• Develop AI-driven data solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data modeling, and large-scale data integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud databases and data platforms, including Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or AWS data services.
• Implement data quality, governance, security, and access-control standards.
• Lead database architecture, code reviews, technical design, and mentoring of development teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
