WFH Property Management Assistant (UK Real Estate)

Overview

Our client is looking for a Property Management Assistant (UK Real Estate) to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing UK property investment and construction consultancy firm. In this multi-faceted remote role, you will manage day-to-day operations including financial reconciliation, structured property research, social media engagement, and scheduling across multiple business units. As the company expands its property portfolio and deal flow, your role offers a clear path toward a full-time position with an expanded scope in marketing strategy and lead generation. This position provides exceptional, broad exposure to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment in the UK real estate market.

Schedule:

• Part-time (20 hours/week), flexible during client business hours, London

Responsibilities

• Categorize and reconcile bank transaction data in Excel, organizing line items by expense type for seamless handoff to external accountants
• Create and maintain consistent social media content targeting property investors and sellers to drive organic engagement
• Conduct property searches on designated platforms based on specific criteria and compile organized shortlists for review
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits and related appointments
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks across multiple business units to streamline operations
• Manage incoming leads and social media interactions through the client’s lead management platform

Requirements

• Experience in the UK real estate or property management sector
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including data categorization and reconciliation
• Familiarity with basic social media content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Bonus if you have prior experience supporting a property sourcing or investment strategy, including compiling research reports or deal pipelines
• It helps if you have experience managing or scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn for a B2B or property audience
• Bonus if you have worked across multiple business units or supported more than one principal simultaneously in a remote setting
