Experience: 5 to 7 years of dedicated IT experience in software quality assurance, focusing heavily on non-functional and performance testing.
Core Tool
• s: Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Gatling.

  • AI/Automation Stack: Practical experience using AI coding assistants or integrating AI-driven analytics utilities into testing and scripting workflows.
  • Programming: Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Monitoring & Databases: Hands-on experience with APM solutions and basic database query profiling (SQL/NoSQL) Role & responsibilities
