About Hatchcraft

Hatchcraft is a UK-based influencer talent management agency representing full-time content creators. We work closely with our talent to build their businesses, manage brand partnerships and develop long-term commercial relationships with leading brands and agencies.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder and help run the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is an opportunity to become a trusted right-hand person in a growing agency. You’ll help manage the founder’s inbox, coordinate brand partnerships, keep the business organised and ensure important conversations, opportunities and tasks are handled efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply wait for instructions, but actively looks for ways to make the founder’s life easier and the business run better.

A significant part of the role will involve managing email communications, coordinating brand partnerships for our talent and ensuring that tasks and opportunities are followed through to completion.

You’ll work directly with the founder, helping manage priorities, communicate with brands and agencies, organise information and take ownership of recurring administrative and operational tasks.

You’ll need excellent written English, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the small things.

Over time, as you develop an understanding of the agency, our talent and our commercial processes, you’ll be trusted to make more decisions independently and take greater ownership of the day-to-day running of the business.
