About the Opportunity:

The SR AI/ML ENGINEER role is focused on designing, building, and supporting full stack web applications and data streaming systems that integrate advanced AI technologies. This position contributes to maintaining site reliability and enhancing enterprise systems through development of frontend applications, backend microservices, and deployment automation. The role is critical for advancing AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges responsibly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive frontend applications using JavaScript frameworks and TanStack Query
• Design and build REST and GraphQL APIs in Java with optimized high-volume MySQL schemas
• Implement Kafka producers and consumers with appropriate schema and partitioning strategies
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes platforms
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage related deployment tools
• Utilize AI-powered development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using observability tools
• Write comprehensive JUnit tests and perform static and dynamic code analysis
• Participate in product lifecycle activities, code reviews, and maintain documentation
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with an emphasis on responsible AI use

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend skills
• At least 3 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions using LLMs and Generative AI
• Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining cloud applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficient in event-driven streaming solutions with Apache Kafka
• Skilled in designing high-performance MySQL database schemas
• Experience with Kubernetes container platform deployment and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and modern build pipelines

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range from $120,100 to $214,500 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors
