Growth Marketing Specialist - AI & Automation (Remote)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing professional who understands digital marketing fundamentals and uses AI as a multiplier to drive lead growth for Muvi. This role owns end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns across various channels like social media, video(YouTube & short-form), webinars, quora, reddit etc… The ideal candidate is hands-on,data-aware, and execution-focused someone who can plan campaigns, create content,automate workflows using AI tools, and continuously optimize for lead generation rather than vanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end growth campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Create campaign content and deploy it across social, video, email, reddit, quora etc…
• Build supporting images, creatives, and collaterals using AI-powered tools.
• Work with design, video teams to help delivery assets whenever required
• Use an AI marketing stack effectively, including creating workflows and automations using tools like n8n.
• Create and publish AI-assisted short-form videos for social and video platforms.
• Drive Muvi’s presence across social platforms, webinars, email nurture flows, and community channels  like Quora and Reddit, focusing on lead impact.
• Build AI prompts and maintain structured campaign data in Sheets to support automation, reporting, and optimization.

Skills

• Fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing and it’s various Channels
• Hands-on with AI based content creation and workflows
• Prior experience with webinars, affiliate programs (good to have)
• Exposure to marketing tools - Canva, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Analytics, YouTube
• Studio, Social Media Analytics (Meta Business)
