Job Description
Position: Technical Lead
Location: Chicago, IL-Remote
Duration: 6 Months
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions, from architecture and design through development, deployment, production readiness, and release management.
- Provide technical leadership across Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, Medallion Architecture, Unity Catalog, semantic modeling, and AI/GenAI-enabled analytics.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, including Lead/Senior Data Engineers, through solution design, work allocation, code/design reviews, engineering standards, and technical issue resolution.
- Drive delivery execution, including estimation, sprint planning, dependency/risk management, quality, performance, security, governance, and coordination across engineering, architecture, DevOps, and business teams.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, translating Marketing Intelligence requirements across Salesforce, Marketo, digital marketing platforms, Databricks Genie, and Conversational BI into scalable, governed data products.
