I’m looking for an experienced MLOA to help manage my growing VA loan pipeline. As a mortgage loan officer and social media content creator, I generate a very strong, consistent volume of applications and need someone who can take ownership of intake, follow up, and pipeline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for completeness and collect required borrower documents.

• Organize files for loan officer review and processing.

• Communicate proactively with borrowers and keep next steps clear.

• Manage pipeline updates, outstanding items, and transaction deadlines.

• Assist processors with obtaining underwriting conditions and ensuring loans move toward closing and funding.

Requirements

• Active Texas MLO license required. Additional state licenses strongly preferred.

• Prior mortgage experience with a strong understanding of VA loans.

• Excellent organization, communication, and follow through.

• Ability to manage a busy pipeline independently and identify issues early.

• VA manual underwriting experience is a plus.

This is ideal for an experienced licensed professional who does not currently have a personal pipeline and prefers supporting an established flow of business. Experienced applicants only.

Compensation: Flat fee per closed and funded loan. Specific terms will be discussed based on experience and responsibilities.
