Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Amazon Bedrock, AI agent development, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native architecture.

The role requires hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents, integrating large language models with enterprise systems, and developing secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Foundation Models, Bedrock Agents, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
• Develop AI agents with capabilities for orchestration, planning, memory management, and tool integration.
• Build RAG-based applications using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and existing business applications.
• Architect scalable and secure cloud solutions using AWS services.
• Implement AI security, governance, access controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Optimize AI application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs.
• Define technical architecture, evaluate implementation approaches, and guide engineering teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, AI architecture, or solution development.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agent solutions using AWS.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, including Foundation Models, Agents, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
• Understanding of AWS AgentCore and its capabilities for building and managing AI agents.
• Practical experience developing RAG applications and working with vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and AI application architecture.
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and business systems.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECS/EKS, IAM, and Step Functions.
• Understanding of cloud security, identity management, AI governance, and cost optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant AWS certification in solutions architecture, AI, or machine learning, in accordance with the employer’s certification requirements.

Preferred Technical Experience

• AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Vector databases such as Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• AI model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• LLM fine-tuning, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI application deployment.
• Integration of structured and unstructured data sources.
• Responsible AI implementation, governance, and compliance.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, conversational AI, or virtual assistants.
• Experience leading architecture reviews, technical workshops, and mentoring development teams.

Relevant Certifications

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are preferred, subject to the employer’s mandatory certification criteria:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
• AWS Certified AI Practitioner
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate
