We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and create compelling designs that resonate with our customers across digital and offline platforms.

Position Overview:

Eze seeks a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to create compelling visuals for our fintech platform, focusing on branding, marketing materials, and user engagement content. This role supports our startup’s fast-paced environment in Mumbai, collaborating with marketing, and product teams to deliver on-brand designs that drive user growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conceptualise and develop visuals like logos, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and website layouts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including HR for internal comms and marketing for campaigns) to align designs with Eze’s brand guidelines and project briefs.  Prepare rough drafts, incorporate feedback, test graphics across media (print, digital, social), and ensure final outputs are pixel-perfect and deadline-driven.

Requirements:

 Proven 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in fintech, startups, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus for Figma, video editing, or motion graphics.
 Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup setting like RentenPe. Preferred Qualifications
 Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
 Familiarity with Mumbai’s startup ecosystem or fintech visuals (e.g., app interfaces, investor decks).
 Experience managing multiple projects under tight budgets and timelines.

• The salary remuneration will be around 5 lac per annum.
• Must have mastery of industry-standard programs in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite—such as Photoshop for photo editing, Illustrator for vector graphics, and InDesign for multi-page layouts. Familiarity with UI/UX prototyping tools like Figma or AI tools like Adobe Firefly is also common.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Marol, Mumbai, Maharashtra
