  • Drive operational change and process improvements to support the ongoing growth and success of the function.
  • Ensure operational resilience through effective resource planning, knowledge sharing and team development.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Significant operational leadership experience within wealth management, financial planning or a regulated financial services environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing operational, administration or paraplanning teams.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery, performance management and resource planning.
  • Experience using data and MI to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead change and implement new ways of working.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, working effectively across teams and locations.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on service quality, risk management and client outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
