Graphic Designer

About the Role

GigaSoft looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is proficient in CorelDRAW and Canva to create professional marketing and sales collaterals, especially brochures, catalogues, flyers, presentations, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of layout, typography, colours, branding, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional brochures, company profiles, product catalogues, flyers, leaflets, standees and marketing collaterals.
• Create designs using CorelDRAW and Canva.
• Develop multi-page brochures and catalogues with proper page layouts and consistent branding.
• Convert content, product information and briefs into visually appealing designs.
• Design creatives for social media, digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Work on business presentations, sales decks and promotional materials.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and printing requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, typography, image quality, colour combinations and visual consistency.
• Prepare print-ready artwork including appropriate dimensions, bleed, margins and high-resolution images.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Required Skills

• CorelDRAW – Must Have
• Canva – Must Have
• Good knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and branding.
• Experience designing brochures and multi-page catalogues.
• Basic knowledge of print specifications and preparing print-ready files.
• Good knowledge of image editing and basic design tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience in designing IT/SaaS, eCommerce or corporate marketing materials.
• Basic understanding of social media design requirements.
• Knowledge of UI/UX or presentation design will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

• Creative with a good eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand written content and convert it into effective visual communication.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
• Should have a strong portfolio of brochures, catalogues and marketing creatives.

Education

Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also apply.
