THE ROLE

• Be a trusted local expert, building relationships across the community
• Generate valuations, win instructions and drive business forward
• Grow the sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking and consistent follow-up
• Qualify buyers carefully and match the right applicants to the right properties
• Take ownership of the pipeline and drive efficient completions
• Coach and develop a junior team, building their confidence, skills and independence
• Establish processes for prospecting, vendor communication, pipeline reviews and team development

• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of winning instructions
• Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing successful teams
