About The Role We are currently seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and the chance to contribute to exciting mobile projects. The initial contract duration is three months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in mobile app development, particularly using React Native, and a keen eye for detail to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly apps.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Expo for building and deploying React Native apps.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including data modeling, API contract definitions, and managing application state.
• Experience developing offline-capable or offline-first mobile applications, with the ability to articulate past projects in detail.
• Knowledge of on-device databases and storage solutions such as expo-sqlite, WatermelonDB, Realm, or MMKV.
• Familiarity with implementing request queuing, retry mechanisms, and background or reconnect-triggered synchronization.
• Understanding of data synchronization challenges, conflict resolution strategies, and ensuring data consistency across devices.
• Experience with data-fetching and state management tools like TanStack Query with persistence, Redux Toolkit, or Zustand.
• Experience publishing applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
