About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end development, contributing to the creation and enhancement of scalable web applications and websites. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital presence and delivering innovative solutions that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to develop robust, secure, and user-friendly web products. This position provides an excellent platform for professional growth, allowing you to take ownership of projects from conception through deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in web development, demonstrating a strong technical background and a passion for building high-quality digital solutions. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is required, along with a solid understanding of MVC patterns, web security best practices (OWASP), and working with IIS. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is considered a plus. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining scalable websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
• Developing solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure robust functionality and performance.
• Designing and integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
• Collaborating effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimizing application performance, enhancing security measures, and improving usability across multiple platforms and devices.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
