Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Remote Telehealth

Job Overview
Cascadia Services LLC operates an asynchronous telehealth weight-management platform serving adult patients outside the United States. We’re looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to review pre-screened patient intakes online and, where clinically appropriate, issue prescriptions for GLP-1-class therapies (semaglutide, tirzepatide). There are no live visits, no on-call, and no U.S. patients. Intakes are pre-screened by our onboarding process, so most reviews take a minute or two; expect 2–4 hours per week with a 24-hour weekday turnaround.

Flat $1,000/month retainer, increasing as volume grows, with written indemnification from Cascadia Services LLC and support staff who handle everything non-clinical.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-screened patient intakes (history, current medications, contraindication screen) in our secure portal and approve, decline, or request more information
• Issue prescriptions using our template under your name, credentials and NPI
• Help maintain a simple clinical protocol: eligibility criteria, dosing steps, and when to refer a patient to in-person care
• Respond to clinical questions escalated by our support team
• Keep a 24-hour weekday turnaround and name a backup for coverage during absences

Skills

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in any U.S. state; active NPI
• Experience prescribing GLP-1 / weight-management therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
• Comfortable with protocol-driven, asynchronous care; each prescription reflects your own clinical judgment
• Clear, concise clinical documentation
• Telehealth experience preferred;
• Able to start in October

Pay: $1,000.00 per month
