Job Description
Love using AI to work smarter and improve business processes? Advice2Talent is building a talent pool of AI-savvy Virtual Assistants to support Australian businesses, particularly in financial advisory and accounting.
What you’ll do
- Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities to improve business efficiency using AI.
- Set up AI prompts, templates and simple automations.
- Use AI to draft emails, summarise documents, prepare reports and create content.
- Develop step-by-step guides and help teams adopt AI tools.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and recommend workflow improvements.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of VA, administrative or operations experience.
- Experience supporting Australian or international clients, ideally in financial planning, financial advisory or accounting.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini, with practical examples of improved efficiency.
- Strong written English, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and process documentation.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make or Power Automate is an advantage.
- Understanding of confidentiality and responsible AI use.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
