About the Role

You will work closely with customer teams across finance, operations, and customer service to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI-powered solutions within their existing systems.

You will leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development, design scalable solutions, manage enterprise integrations, and take ownership of deployments through go-live and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes, workflows, data, and operational challenges.
• Conduct discovery workshops and define project scope, success metrics, integration requirements, and security needs.
• Design AI solutions and use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to accelerate development.
• Review, test, and secure AI-generated code before deployment.
• Build and integrate LLM applications using RAG, tool calling, MCP, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, and enterprise APIs.
• Deploy applications in cloud and customer-hosted environments.
• Work with Docker, authentication systems, SSO/OAuth, and enterprise security requirements.
• Manage user acceptance testing, production go-live, troubleshooting, user training, and technical documentation.
• Monitor deployment performance against agreed business metrics and collaborate with product teams to develop reusable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong customer-facing experience, including discovery workshops, stakeholder management, and presenting solutions to senior leadership.
• At least 12 months of hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools to build software.
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production LLM applications.
• Knowledge of RAG, tool calling, MCP, structured outputs, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft Graph.
• Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, IAM, secrets management, and enterprise security.
• Experience deploying applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as customer-hosted environments using Docker.
• Ability to troubleshoot production systems and take ownership of successful customer deployment.

Good to Have

• Consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience with real-time voice AI, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), or telephony integrations.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI automation and workflow optimization projects.
