Join us as an AI Engineering Lead and play a key role in shaping the future of AI-powered engineering by driving capability development, standards, accelerators, and best practices across the organization.
What You’ll Do Define and drive the AI Engineering strategy, standards, and governance framework
Introduce cutting-edge AI engineering tools, frameworks, and practices
Architect reusable AI accelerators, reference implementations, and scalable solutions
Enhance engineering quality, delivery velocity, and team productivity through AI-driven approaches
Create playbooks, methodologies, and engineering standards for broad adoption
Mentor and enable engineering teams to embrace AI-first development practices
What We’re Looking For Strong experience in software engineering and AI/GenAI implementation
Expertise in engineering transformation, automation, and developer productivity
Experience building reusable platforms, frameworks, and accelerators
Leadership experience driving change and mentoring high-performing teams
Passion for innovation and scaling AI adoption across enterprises
