Platform Engineer (Azure)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Platform Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in Azure and DevOps to help build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows. This role will support an internal application that is expected to evolve into a client-facing platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, identity management, and automation, along with strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Terraform, Bicep, or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Key Vault, managed identities, and service principals.
• Basic understanding of .NET applications and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Manage application identities, permissions, and access using Microsoft Entra ID.

Assist with secure integrations between applications, Azure services, and external systems.

Support environment configurations, secrets management, and automated deployments.

Troubleshoot deployment, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.

Document technical processes, configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Follow best practices for cloud security, reliability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in Azure, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related role.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, or similar automation tools.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and access controls.

Understanding of cloud security, configuration management, and deployment processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good written communication and technical documentation skills.
