Duties

• Design and develop innovative training programs tailored to AI concepts, machine learning, data analysis, and software applications.
• Create engaging e-learning courses, instructional content, and multimedia materials using platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS (Learning Management System).
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually via online platforms and in person, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse audiences.
• Provide technical support during training sessions, troubleshooting issues related to software tools like Java, AWS, Oracle, Linux, Windows, macOS, and various operating systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content regularly and develop new programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Assess training effectiveness through analysis skills and feedback collection; refine instructional strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor training solutions that meet their professional development objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience in developing instructional content for online training platforms and delivering instructor-led courses in information technology or software training environments.
• Strong background in instructional design principles with a focus on corporate training or professional development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with a wide range of technical tools including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Help Desk systems, EMR systems, LMS platforms, HTML coding basics, and help desk support.
• Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN infrastructure and operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience working with cloud services like AWS and Oracle databases is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively teach diverse audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users across various industries.
• Prior corporate or classroom teaching experience in IT or software applications is highly desirable.

Pay: $40.80 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
