About the Opportunity

Ascent Capital is expanding its nationwide financial services team and is looking for motivated coachable professionals interested in building a career in financial services.

No prior industry experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and guidance through the licensing process.

This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity with a flexible schedule. Earnings vary based on individual activity, completed business, and client production. There is no guaranteed salary.

What You’ll Do

· Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and needs

· Learn and apply concepts involving retirement planning, wealth protection, life insurance, and other financial strategies

· Present appropriate solutions based on client needs

· Build long-term client relationships through a consultative approach

· Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable

· Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

· Interested in developing a professional career in financial services

· Willing to complete required Life & Health insurance licensing

· Able to satisfy applicable background and licensing requirements

· Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
