Right now, we’re hiring a Customer Success & Onboarding Manager at a 100-person Series A health tech building the operating system for specialist healthcare.

📍 London, hybrid (Mon, Wed, Fri in office)

What you’ll do:

• Onboard new clinics and practices onto the platform
• Own customer health and retention after go-live
• Be the voice of the customer inside the product team
