Companies across finance, legal, healthcare and e-commerce use this platform to automate ID verification, KYC and anti-money laundering checks.

What you’ll do:

• Own a book of B2B customers and grow their usage
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities
• Handle first-line technical questions on APIs and integrations

Is this you?

• 2+ years in customer success or technical support
• Comfortable talking about APIs, SDKs or cloud software
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom)
