About the Role

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands LinkedIn, hooks, content body, what works and what doesn’t, how impressions grow, how followers grow, how company pages gain followers, all of it.

You’ll own LinkedIn content for multiple founder accounts we manage, end to end, writing and strategizing independently.

Responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn content for multiple founder accounts, including strong hooks and well-structured post bodies, prepare day-wise copies and send them across on schedule

• Understand and apply what actually drives LinkedIn growth, impressions, follower growth, engagement, not just post and hope

• Build and suggest better LinkedIn strategy for each founder, not just execute, think

• Know how company pages specifically grow followers and apply that where needed

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) as part of your daily workflow for writing, research, and ideation

• Create basic post images/graphics yourself, end to end, no separate designer needed

• If an account also needs Instagram, handle that end to end too (strategy and growth, not just posting)

• Stay organized across multiple client accounts and deadlines without constant follow-up

Requirements

• Strong written English and proven LinkedIn content writing skills, hooks, structure, and what drives reach

• Real understanding of LinkedIn growth mechanics, personal profiles and company pages

• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily

• Able to create simple images/graphics for posts independently

• Self-driven, can manage multiple founder accounts and timelines without being micromanaged

• Bonus: experience growing Instagram accounts end to end

• Prior experience with founder/personal branding content is a strong plus
