We are building a suite of B2B2C solutions to address key pain points across the wealth management ecosystem. Our goal is to create a unified wealth distribution and management platform for RIAs, Family Offices, Broker Franchisees, CAs, and other financial intermediaries.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build and operate secure, reliable cloud infrastructure and delivery systems. The role focuses on strong controls for access management, secrets, logging, auditability, and regulated-data handling across production environments.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with DigitalOcean, AWS DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment controls.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and automate provisioning and configuration.
• Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices.
• Implement IAM, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege controls.
• Support audit evidence collection, control testing, remediation, and incident readiness.
• Partner with security, engineering, and compliance teams on production controls.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive and regulated financial data.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the FinTech domain.
• Hands-on experience with DigitalOcean and AWS DevOps.
• Strong Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.
• Infrastructure automation and scripting skills.
• Understanding of IAM, secrets management, encryption, and observability.
• Strong operational discipline, troubleshooting, and incident-debugging skills.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices and production infrastructure management.

Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Exposure to SIEM and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements.
• Experience with vulnerability management or VAPT.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.

Financial Services & Compliance Domain

• Knowledge of data protection, access control, encryption, audit logs, data retention/deletion, and incident management.
• Familiarity with the DPDP framework and applicable SEBI cybersecurity, technology, or data-governance requirements and guidelines.
• Ability to treat compliance controls as engineering requirements rather than documentation-only activities.

Scope & Growth

The role offers opportunities to progress toward Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering, with exposure to regulated production environments and audit-ready engineering practices.
