About the Role

Febla Technologies LLC is looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Editor & Content Creator to join our team in Hyderabad.

We are seeking someone who combines creativity with technical video editing expertise to produce engaging AI-powered advertisements, promotional videos, and high-quality social media content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI video generation tools, editing software, and audio production techniques to create professional videos from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation & Advertising

• Create engaging AI-generated video advertisements, promotional videos, and branded content.
• Use AI tools to generate realistic visuals, scenes, animations, and video sequences.
• Convert creative concepts, scripts, and marketing ideas into compelling video advertisements.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional video editing techniques to produce polished content.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit professional short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertisements.
• Synchronize voiceovers, dialogue, background music, and sound effects with video footage.
• Perform professional color correction and color grading to maintain visual consistency.
• Add smooth transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, captions, and engaging visual effects.
• Maintain proper audio levels, timing, pacing, and overall video quality.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.

Creative Content Production

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and advertisements.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality social media content.
• Stay updated on AI video production tools, editing trends, and short-form content styles.
• Manage multiple video projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing, content creation, or video production.
• Proficiency in at least one professional video editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience using AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Google Veo, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of voice synchronization, audio editing, music timing, and sound mixing.
• Practical knowledge of color correction, color grading, transitions, and visual effects.
• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and digital video advertisements.
• Good understanding of storytelling, video pacing, and audience engagement.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
• Familiarity with AI voice generation and text-to-speech tools.
• Experience creating performance marketing videos or social media advertising creatives.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, short-form reels, and professional video editing work.
