The Difference you will make You will deliver best-in-class creative partnerships across Bauer Media’s brands and platforms, managing complex, multi-platform campaigns from booking through to delivery. Your organisation, judgement and client focus will help campaigns land on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs.

Just as importantly, you will create an experience that clients and partners want to repeat. By coordinating stakeholders, solving problems early and championing excellent project management, you will help strengthen relationships and open opportunities for campaign renewal and growth.

Your role You will be the central point of coordination for creative partnership campaigns, turning agreed ideas into well-managed, high-quality delivery.

• Manage multi-platform, multi-brand advertising campaigns from booking through to delivery.
• Build clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver campaigns on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs.
• Partner with clients on briefs and content ideas, managing expectations and providing an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate teams across events, marketing, podcasting, video, digital, audio production, programming and on-air production.
• Work with talent and talent agents, making sure contracts, briefings and approvals are completed correctly.
• Support Senior Project Managers and Directors on complex campaigns, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to completion.
• Build trusted relationships across commercial, editorial, production and delivery teams.

Working Pattern/Location This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working from our London offices. Flexibility to work out of hours occasionally is required.
