Assistant Financial Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Perform account reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Support audits, improve accounting processes, and assist with team coordination.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in accounting or financial management.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
